I grew up in Connecticut, playing sports since I could walk. I’ve played basketball, volleyball, track & field, lacrosse, soccer and swimming and always knew I loved anything involving the body, health, and fitness. I went to school at Lynchburg College where I got a degree in Exercise Physiology. I now live in Newport News, VA where I am the Head Coach of Crossfit Oyster Point. I have been competing in Crossfit since 2013 and started in the sport because I was looking for a new, fun, competitive environment to work out in after making the decision to not play Volleyball in college. Throughout the years I have competed at multiple local competitions as well as National competitions. I placed 3rd in the Pro Division at the Richmond Superfit Games, was on a 2016 Crossfit Atlantic Regionals team and a 2017 Granite Games Pro Team of 3. Along with coaching group classes and personal training I am also a Nutrition Coach. I love helping people reach their full health and fitness potential inside and outside the gym. Over the years I have learned and discovered that the 1 hour in the gym is important but the additional 23 hours of your movement, your fuel and your recovery are even more important! Everyday Amino - (Cucumber lime OR Strawberry Lemonade…can’t pick a favorite!) taken daily, usually twice in a day!

Condense - (Tropical Island Punch is the current favorite but I also love Juicy Florida Orange, Melonberry Cooler and Fresh Sliced Pineapple!).

MyoFeed - helps me refuel and recover every day as I hop from my training session into a coaching session (I’ve never liked vanilla protein powders but the Vanilla PB2Ⓡ is my favorite)!
