Keto Protein Cookie Dough To Go

10 minute recipe.  Makes a dozen or more dough balls (depending on size)

  • 2 scoops KetoFeed (choose any flavor: Oatmeal Cream Pie, Salted Vanilla Caramel, Creamy Butter Pecan)
  • 6 oz unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ c almond flour
  • ⅓ bag dark semi-sweet chocolate chips (ChocZero, Bake Believe brands are great keto options)
  • 3T unsalted butter (softened)
  • A pinch kosher salt

Set aside chocolate chips. Sift almond flour and place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a mixer. Pour in chocolate chips and stir in evenly. Roll into balls and place in a plastic container with a lid.  If you’d like to make the cookie dough thicker, add more KetoFeed. For thinner dough, add more almond milk.  Chill in the refrigerator for one hour, eat and enjoy. Store any remaining cookie dough in the refrigerator and eat within 7 days.
