Purus Labs Return & Refund Policy


At Purus Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may request a refund or exchange. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please email us at customerservice@puruslabs.com with the following information:

Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Pictures of the item, including the flaw or defect
The batch number, if applicable

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request. If approved, we will send you a prepaid postage slip via email to return the product for testing.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected:

If the product is confirmed defective or faulty, we will issue either:
A full refund to your original method of payment, or
A replacement/exchange for the same item.

Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note:
Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for items that have been used more than 50%, mishandled, or damaged due to improper storage or use.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Items marked as final sale
Opened or partially used products not deemed defective
