I am on a doctor supervised keto program through Virta, and I use keto feed to supplement and sometimes replace a meal when I'm on the run. This stuff is amazing. My numbers stay in the sweet spot (.07 to 1.2 ketosis) and no hunger issues. I highly recommend.
